Perish the thought, but nothing surprises or shocks more than politics. Proof of such has been witnessed far and wide over the last two years.
It sounds like a bad movie idea or a poorly-written script, but Sturgeon’s SNP party is so fragile the tiny tinpot dictator will either jump ship or be pushed overboard.
Knowing how her mind is and knowing her inner-workings of her political aspirations if she doesn’t get her dream role as head of Europe’s elite, she could opt for what she might determine as a nicely-paid second fiddle at 10 Downing Street.
I just had a scary thought. Nicola Sturgeon is playing the long game. In time (and I don’t know when) she could become the Prime Minister of the UK.
Let’s face it, her Independence plan is in the bin now.
Bearing in mind you don’t need any strong credentials for the job, you just need to be good at lying, bowing down to overlords and arse-licking. Nicola is a dab-hand at all three.
