A group of nurses in the United States have refused to give patients the Covid-19 vaccination over doubts about its safety.

Department chief Lindsay Payer told local TV: “I will tell you we will have to contract staff because my staff is not comfortable with that. It’s a new technology. We’ve never seen it before. It was only studied in 45 people before it was approved.
“It’s somewhat discomforting to a nurse who has to put that in people’s bodies.”
The bold move will not go down well with those funding and pushing the untried vaccine, but a move, nonetheless, that has to be made and by more nurses.
